What Victoria does
COACH - like football only not so much. Coach - like in a great player who's looking for the feedback and insight to play their best business and personal game.
TALK- 150 words per minute with gusts to 200....but as a professional speaker who empowers others with wisdom, tips, humor, feedback.
GIVE - as in co-found a foundation to help people in Rwanda who are simply not going to be defined by their past but have hope they will make a better day for themselves and their families.
WRITE - about things I am passionate about and try to find the greater meaning, the greater good for all that happens to us and around us.
LOVE - my family and friends for all they teach and give to me.
What Victoria does best
See the world from a clear place and with no illusions, EXPECT greatness to happen. It's about hard work, focus, tenacity, humor, intelligence. I walk my talk and work with others who choose to do the same.
What does Victoria need?
More great clients who are serious as a heart attack about reaching their goals and dreams. To meet people who are accomplishing the extraordinary in spite of their knowledge that they are more than they ever hoped to be.

Experience
I have over 32 years of experience in leading a range of companies and participating effectively in teams. Adventures in business include working as a controller in manufacturing; president and owner of a private fiduciary company established to manage conservatorships, guardianships, trusts and estates; and most recently, managing director for a large trust division in a national bank.
In 2005, I established the Itafari Foundation with two incredible women who believe in the beauty of their dreams. Together we have created a non-profit organization to assist the survivors of the genocide in Rwanda. This is being done in many ways, including donations to organizations and individuals in Rwanda and by inspiring the women and children to have hope and to realize their empowerment to rebuild better lives.
Entrepreneur, team leader, team player, sales trainer, consultant, speaker, board member, and auditor -- all are titles I've held over the years, giving me valuable and varied experiences as a leader who is followed.
