The professionals at Alliance Healing Arts use a combination of healing techniques to treat the whole person. Dr. Ledesma bases her chiropractic work on the unique needs of her patient. From gentle to dynamic adjustments, she employs a variety of techniques dependent on the age, condition and needs of the client. The use of computerized technology to perform both surface and dynamic EMGs, which measure back tension and range of motion in patients, enables Dr. Ledesma to recommend specific exercises to target areas of weakness and increase flexibility. This technology brings positive results for a diverse population, including children and seniors, athletes, neighborhood moms and business professionals.   Last Saturday I stopped by Dr. Ledesma's office unannounced and uninvited (well, I was invited to come by on Friday so I was only a day late:-).

  The staff at the front desk took it in stride, made me comfortable and offered to let me get started on paperwork while waiting to see the doctor - Dr. Ledesma wasn't in but her associate, Dr. Smallwood, was.

  The office was easy to find, very attractive inside, and very warm and cozy to be in. I then waited in a different room - another nice, clean, well organized and well decorated part of the office - where Dr. Smallwood came in after a few minutes and introduced herself.

  It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Smallwood; she was totally comfortable with the impromptu arrangements and went straight to work taking care of me. She was professional in both appearance and manner, and showed complete confidence is what she was doing.

  The entire experience was positive and I would return for care anytime and probably will. Equally important I can now recommend Dr. Ledesma and her clinic to those looking for chiropractic care in the Wallingord area. Lucky you to has such a fine clinic near by.
