It's been 16 years since Dr. Vivian Ledesma began practicing chiropractic in Wallingford. Her office has grown to include a second fulltime chiropractor, two massage therapists and an acupuncturist. From the personable staff to the efficient accounting department, Alliance Healing Arts makes the process of healing as hassle-free and positive as possible. The professionals at Alliance Healing Arts use a combination of healing techniques to treat the whole person. Dr. Ledesma bases her chiropractic work on the unique needs of her patient. From gentle to dynamic adjustments, she employs a variety of techniques dependent on the age, condition and needs of the client. The use of computerized technology to perform both surface and dynamic EMGs, which measure back tension and range of motion in patients, enables Dr. Ledesma to recommend specific exercises to target areas of weakness and increase flexibility. This technology brings positive results for a diverse population, including children and seniors, athletes, neighborhood moms and business professionals. A Wallingford resident, Dr. Ledesma "likes to serve and support her own community." The focus of her practice is "results in a compassionate environment." Because of the relationships she has built within the Wallingford community, Dr. Ledesma is able to help clients navigate the health care system, as well as refer to other practitioners as needed. A recent remodel of the Alliance Healing Arts office, located at 2505 N 45th St., has brought new warmth, relaxation and beauty to its environment. As a primary care provider for many patients, Dr. Ledesma enjoys nurturing the whole person. Her favorite part about chiropractic is, "The results! I see people transformed. When someone is in pain their life is really limited-in work, recreation, being able to move. To be out of pain lifts a cloud from their life. They become more vital."

I can work with just about any spine and individual. I am proud of my results and happy patients over all these years .I consult and treat with professionalism and warmth. I help patients recover from auto accident whiplash injuries and sudden or chronic neck and back pain. I teach individuals an approach to a healthier lifestyle.
