Depending on a client's needs, sessions can actually be pretty simple, or they may take longer according to the depth of the issue, and what the client wants to accomplish. Sessions can be to help change habits, deal with emotional, physical, or spiritual issues. But they can also be just for fun, as when a person wants to learn something about the past purely for the sake of curiosity.
