The style of bodywork that I practice incorporates "Medical Massage" techniques with time honored "Holistic" healing modalities. Using this multifaceted blend of intuitive and traditional therapeutic touch, as well as "Sacred Healing" principals, allows me to optimize the clients recovery... "Integrative massage" can include energy balancing, guided imagery, breathwork, sound therapy, lymphatic facilitation, deep tissue ~or~ myofacial release, hydrotherapy, and Deep Tissue ~or~ Swedish massage. Benefits range from increased circulation, range of motion, clarity, and vitality, to activation of specific body systems, stress relief, and deep relaxation.

Working compassionately in tandem with each client's primary care providers, insurance carriers, caseworkers & attorney's to form a seamless network, a dream team if you will...while encouraging & empowering clients to take a more proactive roll in their long-term wellness plan. Customizing sessions to fit the needs and "beliefs" of each client on an "individual" basis.
