I am preparing an upcoming course on popular Web 2.0 trends and technology. As part of this I am wondering what Biznik's think about storing their business data online.
Most of us are used to adding information to social networking sites, but what do we think about using web based tools to manage business related information like important documents and/or contact information?
As small business owners do we trust SaaS based providers? Has anyone had a good / bad experience with a SasS provider?
