I'm a Health and Lifestyle Counselor, Reiki Master, Magnified healing Master and Teacher.

Health Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide my clients to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support them. I also help my clients make gradual, life long changes that enable them to reach their current and future health goals.

I offer a personalized program that radically improves the health and happiness of my client. I help my client explore concerns specific to their body and discover the tools they need for a lifetime of balance for mind, body and spirit.

A true integrative approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including honest relationships, a meaningful spiritual practice, a career that you love, and physical activity that you enjoy. These are called Primary Food. As a Health Counselor, I work with my clients to help them find balance in both Primary Foods and the foods they eat (Secondary food) on a daily basis.

Certified Reiki Practitioner

I have been a Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Reiki system of healing since the year 2000. I became interested in Reiki to help heal myself from the paind and discomfort of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Since incorporating Integrated therapies with my medical treatments, the SLE is no longer present in my body.

Reiki is "life force energy". When our "life force" is low we are more likely to get sick or stressed and when it's high we are more capable of being healthy and happy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei- which means "God's wisdom or higher power" and ki- which is "life force energy" .

Certified Magnified Healing Practitioner

Magnified Healing(r) sessions include the sending of healing energy through the nervous system, the sending of energy through the body to heal and stimulate the calcium on the spine, a healing of karma, clearing and balancing of the Chakras, the expansion of the threefold flame to build the Light Body and to prepare for the ascension process. Third phase light healing techniques allow for a broad beam and fine point laser beam to work on the physical and subtle bodies for energetic imbalances (nervous, lymphatic, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, skeletal, muscular, etc.) including all cells and electrons, by scanning, clearing, releasing, transmuting and reconstituting.

This method also fills with perfection the physical system as well as all outer bodies. In treating the outer bodies, old thought forms, habits, belief systems are released and new patterns are stabilized and actively sealed by the Golden Christ Energy. The DNA/RNA is also brought into full and complete activation and is re-coded to enable the body to become ultimately a Body of Light (Rejuvenation). Before becoming a Health & lifestyle Counselor and Healer I was a professional singer and dancer. My journey to becoming who I am today began at the age of 26 when I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). By the age of 27, the SLE had consume my body; I became over weight due to all the medications, frail, and unable to live a normal life.

In 2003 the SLE almost took my life by attacking my heart and causing me to have heart surgery and getting a stent implanted in a major artery. Enough was enough, I was not going to let SLE destroy my dreams and take my life. I began to look for integrative ways to control my illness. "I was desperate and just wanted my health back". I began to alter my diet to more wholesome, organic foods and using natural alternative methods of healing such as Reiki, Magnified Healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, crystals, herbs, prayer, faith, Law of Attraction, becoming in tune with my spirituality, and natural supplements that promoted my health and transformed my life and eventually led to a change in my profession.

I am now a Health & lifestyle Counselor, Certified Reiki Master and a Master Teacher Magnified Healer. I inspire my clients with my own experiences and help them on their journey to good health, healing and wellness. I received my training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is affiliated with Columbia University. The Institute for Integrative Nutrition is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories--combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods, personal growth and development. I'm certified by Columbia University and by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I'm a certified Master in the Usui Reiki healing system and as a Magnified Healing Master and Teacher. I'm in the process of becoming a Certified Herbalist.

The Integrative methods I offer are: Health and Lifestyle Counseling, weight control and management, Reiki healing, Magnified Healing, Law of Attraction, building self-esteem, personal growth and development, meditation, creative visualization, grounding and centering, relaxation techniques and workshops.

I am good at helping my clients learn how to create a life of good health and happiness. I have help my clients with illnesses learn how to control their illness so they can live a healthier life.

I am good at creating workshops that help people learn how to improve their life. I am a good teacher and I help inspired my clients with my story of how I healed myself and became who I am today.

I'm interested in networking with others in different fields and in the same field as I.
